SPARWK AS was a Norwegian technology company founded in 2019 and based in Trondheim, Norway.

It operated within the media and entertainment technology sectors, focusing on bridging the gap between Eastern and Western music industries. Co-founded by Robin Jenssen and Jin Suk Choi, SPARWK AS aimed to connect entertainment industry insiders through an AI-driven platform. The company developed a comprehensive metaverse platform designed to facilitate networking and collaboration among songwriters, labels, producers, and executives. Key offerings included the SPARWK Passport, a mobile application for showcasing industry credentials, and the SPARWK Wallet, a digital wallet for managing music rights and royalties. SPARWK AS also integrated AgensGraph, a graph database solution, to enhance its AI matching algorithms. The company raised $2.12 million in Seed VC funding from investors like the Bridge Investment Fund and ADENASOFT. SPARWK AS is no longer in existence, having been delisted from the UN Global Compact in December 2023.
