The Free plan is the trial, so you can try Millionrounds before paying anything. Pro and Max are billed monthly or yearly, in advance. Here is what happens if you change your mind.
From your account. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. There are no refunds for part of a month.
Refunded in full if you cancel within 14 days of paying and have used none of the plan's export credits.
Extra credits are not refunded once used. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Credits you bought are kept if your plan ends and come back if you subscribe again.
If you are a consumer and the law where you live gives you a right to cancel within 14 days, that right still applies: we refund the payment less a fair share for the time you had access.
Email hello@millionrounds.com from the address on your account, saying which payment it is about. An agreed refund goes back to the card you paid with.
Access starts as soon as you pay, at your request, which you confirm at checkout. Nothing here affects your statutory rights. The full terms are in Terms of use, under "Plans, payments and refunds".
