Deck Analyzer
A first read takes a couple of minutes and decides whether there is a meeting. Drop in your deck to see what that reader sees: the slides that are missing, what comes in what order, the seconds each slide gets, and the slides they will not read.

What it checks
Problem, solution, market, traction, business model, competition, team and the ask; with how many of our 1,708 decks have each.
Traction buried in the back half gets a fraction of a skimming reader's time.
About four seconds to take a slide in, plus reading time, capped where a reader gives up. An estimate, and shown as one.
Slides over 90 words, against a median of about 40 in the decks we hold.
"Market" names a slide. "Clinics lose $8B a year to no-shows" makes its case. On a skim the titles are the deck.
Traction with figures, the market in money, and an ask that says how much.
Half the decks we hold run 11 to 15 slides.
A cover that says what you do, a way to reach you on the last slide, and a file an inbox will accept.
How often each slide appears in the 1,708 decks we hold: problem 35%, market 62%, team 48%, traction 26%, competition 22%, the ask 19%. The slide database.
Send the deck as a link with Deck Tracking and see which slides each investor read, and for how long. Or check the numbers behind it with the Model Analyzer.
No. The PDF is opened by your browser and read there; nothing about it is sent to Millionrounds or anyone else. The only data from our side is how the decks we hold compare.
No. Slides are typed by their titles and words, the same way the slide database is, and every note shows what raised it. If a slide is typed wrong, change it in the slide list and the review updates.
Decks exported from Figma, Canva or Keynote are often pictures of text. Use "Read the slides as pictures": it reads each slide with OCR, still in your browser, in about a minute. The first time, your browser downloads the reading software (around 10MB).
It is an estimate: about four seconds to take in a slide, plus reading time at a skimming pace, capped at sixteen seconds because a reader skips a slide that is too long rather than reading it.
PDF. Export from PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Canva or Figma as PDF first.
No. It is a read of the deck as a busy investor would first see it, so the obvious questions are answered before anyone asks them.
