Ferme d’Hiver operates a fully vertically controlled indoor farm that cultivates “Fraise d’hiver” (Winter Strawberry), using advanced engineering to recreate optimal growing conditions year-round. The company offers a vertical farming system dedicated to Winter Strawberry cultivation, supported by its AI-driven control system called CERVEAU, which optimizes crop production conditions. Ferme d’Hiver provides a turnkey agricultural technology solution for farmers, ensuring consistent and healthy production without reliance on climate conditions. With a recent financing round of $46 million, the company aims to scale its operations, promoting food autonomy and environmental sustainability while delivering fresh, pesticide-free produce to meet the needs of a growing population.
