The Coven is a female-owned coworking community and network that focuses on creating inclusive spaces for women, non-binary, and trans individuals.

Founded in 2017 and launching on International Women's Day in 2018, it is recognized as the first woman-owned coworking franchise globally. Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, The Coven operates seven locations across the United States and is expanding its franchise model. The Coven offers a variety of services to support its members' professional growth. These include coworking spaces designed for collaboration, professional workshops and coaching on business development and leadership, and community networking opportunities. Members can connect with over 1,000 individuals and access resources that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. The organization also provides proprietary learning pathways and a digital community platform to enhance the member experience.
