The company began as a taco stand served from a converted VW bus and has since evolved into an omnichannel business that includes e-delivery and a growing line of consumer packaged goods. Tacombi specializes in Mexican cuisine, offering a diverse menu that features a variety of authentic tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and cocktails. Their in-house brand, Vista Hermosa, includes homemade corn and flour tortillas and tortilla chips made daily in their Brooklyn factory.
