Freeform Injection Molding (FIM) is the proprietary platform from AddiFab that combines Additive Manufacturing and Injection Molding to enable utilization of both technologies on one platform.
With FIM you get the sought for geometrical freedom, but with already available materials from injection molding - rubbers, plastics, metals, silicones, ceramics etc. In short, FIM enable you to test your product in its real shape and real material, before investing in a tool for mass production. Freeform Injecion Molding is available worldwide, but has been implemented in the Americas, Asia and Europe, with HQ in Denmark and office in Silicon Valley.
