Flourish Labs, Inc. was a healthcare technology company based in San Francisco, founded in 2021.

The company focused on scaling professional mental health peer support for teenagers and young adults through telehealth and AI. Its mission was to make mental health support accessible by empowering individuals to support one another. Flourish Labs raised approximately $6.6 million in seed funding in October 2022. The company's primary product was Peers.net, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform that allowed young adults and teenagers to book on-demand, one-on-one sessions with peer supporters. Flourish Labs also provided training to certify young adults as Peer Support Specialists, helping to expand the mental health workforce. Additionally, they developed a self-tracking app called håp, which promoted emotional self-awareness and connected users to peer supporters and counselors. Peers.net is now part of WellSpace Health, which continues to serve the needs of teens and young adults.
