Float Foods is a Singapore-based food technology startup that has developed Asia's first 100% plant-based whole egg substitute, known as OnlyEg.

This innovative product replicates both the yolk and white of a real chicken egg using legume-based proteins. OnlyEg consists of separate components that can be prepared individually or combined to create various egg dishes, offering a taste and texture similar to traditional eggs. The company focuses on providing sustainable and health-conscious alternatives to animal products. Float Foods operates a Halal-certified manufacturing facility capable of producing around 2,000 units daily, with plans for expansion. Its mission includes enhancing food safety in Singapore, reducing animal consumption, and promoting nutritious, sustainable eating. Float Foods serves individual consumers and food service providers, catering to those following vegan, vegetarian, or flexitarian diets. Founded in 2020 by Vinita Choolani, the company has gained traction with distribution in over 100 cities and exports to the UAE and Singapore.
