Experimental Group is a Paris-based hospitality collective founded in 2007 by Olivier Bon, Pierre-Charles Cros, and Romée de Goriainoff.

The company specializes in boutique hotels, luxury dining, and nightlife venues across Europe and North America. Their first venture, the Experimental Cocktail Club, opened in Paris and played a key role in introducing cocktail bar culture to France. In 2010, Xavier Padovani joined as a partner, further expanding the group's vision for contemporary hospitality. The group's portfolio includes a variety of offerings such as speakeasies, wine bars, and cocktail bars in cities like Paris, London, and Venice. They operate ten restaurants and beach clubs in locations including Menorca and Ibiza, as well as eight boutique hotels known for their unique designs and historic renovations. Experimental Group focuses on asset transformation and distinctive design, collaborating with renowned interior designers. With a commitment to providing memorable experiences, the group serves an international clientele and is planning future expansions in Rome and Lisbon.
