Enflame, officially known as Shanghai Enflame Technology Co., Ltd., is a Chinese AI semiconductor company based in Shanghai.

Founded in March 2018, Enflame specializes in designing cloud-based deep learning chips for AI training and inference platforms. The company is privately held and has received significant funding, totaling approximately $746 million, with Tencent being the largest shareholder. Enflame develops a range of AI hardware and software products, including the S60 AI inference accelerator card, the L600 training/inference chip, and the DeepSeek all-in-one AI appliance. Their proprietary software platform, TopsRider, features over 1,600 optimized AI operators. Enflame targets B2B customers, including cloud service providers and data centers, and serves various industries such as education and smart city management. The company is recognized as a leading domestic provider of cloud AI chips in China, aiming to fill the market gap left by Nvidia's exit from the region.
