ConceptOwl is an Indian edtech startup focused on providing affordable online coaching in science and math for students in Tier II and Tier III cities.

Founded in 2015 by Rajan Singh, an IIT-Kanpur alumnus, the company operates under the name Ranksurge Learning Private Limited and is based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. ConceptOwl employs a unique two-teacher model, where a facilitator delivers video lessons from an experienced teacher, allowing for interactive learning without the need for a large number of elite instructors. The platform offers video classes in subjects like physics, chemistry, biology, and mathematics, along with online practice tests, doubt-solving sessions, and performance tracking tools. It targets students preparing for competitive exams such as IIT-JEE and NEET, as well as school students in grades 7–12. ConceptOwl has partnered with Bansal Classes to enhance its educational content and aims to improve access to quality education for underserved populations in India.
