Chatalytic, Inc.

Chatalytic uses machine learning to help B2C brands get actionable insights from customer conversations in chat, voice, email, social survey and SMS.

Measuring the performance of conversational channels to drive business objectives is a fundamentally different challenge than measuring web, native app or email due to the free-form text-based interaction in chat as well as the frequency and often asynchronous nature of the interactions. This requires new tooling to extract meaning from the text itself as well as to correctly interpret the number, frequency and timing of interactions. With Chatalytic, brands and retailers can measure conversational interaction across all platforms (Facebook, Skype, Kik, SMS, native app and web based chat as well as Amazon Echo) in one place. Clients can use the Chatalytic Conversational Analytics (CA) suite to view dashboards on business health metrics, track engagement and conversions, and benchmark their performance vs industry averages. These insights can be used to measure the performance of vendors and drive improvements in the ROI of chat apps. Chatalytic's open platform also allows data from a user's chat based interactions to be leveraged in other marketing channels including email, push notifications and remarketing.
