ATX Energy Partners was an exploration and production company based in Austin, Texas, founded in 2017.

The company raised $780 million in equity financing from notable investors, including Warburg Pincus and Pine Brook Partners. In February 2022, ATX Energy Partners transitioned to VTX Energy Partners through a partnership with Vitol. The original entity is no longer operational, and its assets, including holdings in the Permian Basin, were sold. All business development inquiries are now directed to VTX Energy Partners.
