AgniKul Cosmos Private Limited is an innovative Indian space technology startup focused on the design, development, production, testing, and launch of orbital-class rockets.

Founded in December 2017 and headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, the company employs between 150 and 200 professionals. AgniKul operates its primary research and development activities at the National Center for Combustion R&D at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, leveraging advanced infrastructure and technical expertise. The company aims to revolutionize the satellite launch industry with its on-demand launch services, allowing small satellite manufacturers to launch from anywhere at any time. AgniKul's flagship product, the Agnibaan, is a modular small-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of carrying payloads up to 100 kg to low Earth orbit. Additionally, AgniKul has developed the Agnilet, a single-piece, 3D-printed semi-cryogenic rocket engine, and offers satellite propulsion systems. With a goal of conducting 20–25 launches per year, AgniKul is positioned to provide flexible and cost-effective solutions for micro and nano satellite operators globally.
