The company specializes in developing and manufacturing India's first indigenous micro gas turbines (MGT) for commercial applications, focusing on power generation and heavy-duty long-haul trucking. Their mission is to electrify heavy-duty trucks, which significantly contribute to road transport pollution, by utilizing gas turbine generator technology to reduce emissions. The company designs fuel-flexible, oil-free micro gas turbines that can operate on various fuels, including hydrogen, biogas, and pyro oil. Their primary product line includes a 120kW range for heavy-duty commercial vehicles, with plans to expand offerings from 20kW to 200kW. Aerostrovilos Energy also aims to provide up to 1 MW capacity for distributed power generation and is developing compact generators for electric vehicles to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
