Loco Partners is a reservation company with a high satisfaction which represents the Japanese traveling industry. We are carrying the future of traveling through “Relux,” a reservation service introducing only hotels and ryokans in Japan which have gone through strict criteria. Members have access to over 2,000 highly selected accommodations and sincere recommendations made by professional travellers who are well-acquainted with hotels and ryokans in Japan for a more pleasant and satisfying traveling experience. Loco Partners was established in 2011 and has recently joined the KDDI group in 2017. The company now has over 1.8 million registered members and have expanded our business in Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. The company has four principles: Rocket Speed, Fail Harder, Ownership and Be Honest. Even though our company is growing rapidly, we always remind ourselves of these 4 principles. We honor both individuality and teamwork and are always open to new ideas and innovations.
