Founded in 2012, Nomiku invented the connected home sous vide immersion circulator. When ready, they simply pull from the freezer, tap the bags to the Nomiku Smart Cooker’s RFID reader, and drop in the water. That’s it. In about 30 minutes, everyone is eating exactly what he or she wants, perfectly prepared. Customers can also learn to cook using the sous vide method as the Nomiku Smart Cooker also functions as a regular sous vide immersion circulator.
