8am connects you to great Employers and keeps you connected. We think of it as a social recruitment & career networking website focused on the digital space. Employers and Candidates use 8am to create content-rich Profiles to convey their culture, personality, brand and skills. Added to this is the networking aspect: while remaining anonymous, you can add Companies to your Career Network to receive News and Job updates. Your anonymous profile can be searched for by any Company, even if not logged in and those that are logged in can Nudge you to view a particular Job. Only when you apply to a Job do you reveal your full profile and identity to that Employer. It is FREE for Companies to promote themselves with a Profile and to publish Job Ads. We intend to keep this core service free of charge. The site is also completely free for Candidates to use.
