Phablecare, founded in 2017 and headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, was an Indian healthcare technology startup focused on chronic disease management.
It positioned itself as India's largest platform in this sector, offering a digital ecosystem that integrated remote patient monitoring, teleconsultation, and data analytics. The company was co-founded by Mukesh Bansal and Sumit Sinha, who served as CEO. Phablecare provided a mobile app designed to assist patients with chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension. Key features included remote patient monitoring, on-demand teleconsultation with doctors, personalized care plans, and health tracking analytics. The platform connected over 3 million registered users with more than 10,000 healthcare providers and 1,000 pharmacy partners. Despite its rapid growth and significant funding, Phablecare suspended operations in December 2022 and is now defunct.
