It provides video lessons, quizzes, and personalized homework to help students aged 11-16 master the GCSE and Key Stage 3 maths curricula. Founded by teachers Colin Hegarty and Brian Arnold, the platform started with YouTube videos and officially launched as HegartyMaths.com in 2016. It is primarily a subscription tool for schools, offering online demos and one-month free trials. In 2019, HegartyMaths was sold to Sparx Learning and is now integrated into the Sparx Maths platform, serving over 2,600 schools in 24 countries.
