EBC Inc. is a family-owned construction company established in 1968 by Fernand and Germain Houle.

Headquartered in L'Ancienne-Lorette, Québec, it has grown to become one of Canada’s largest construction firms, employing around 1,600 people and operating seven offices nationwide. The company specializes in building construction, civil engineering, mining, and energy projects, including hydroelectric and wind power. EBC Inc. operates in four main sectors: building construction for hospitals and office buildings, civil engineering for infrastructure like roads and bridges, mining services including excavation and blasting, and energy projects such as hydroelectric dams and wind farms.
