Dynelectro is a Danish deep-tech innovation firm and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) focused on advanced solid oxide electrolysis (SOE) technology for producing green hydrogen.
Founded in 2018 by Søren Højgaard Jensen, a noted fuel cell scientist, the company aims to bridge the gap between academic research and commercial energy solutions. Headquartered in Viby Sjælland, Denmark, Dynelectro is dedicated to accelerating Power-to-X (PtX) solutions, converting renewable electricity into clean hydrogen, e-fuels, and e-chemicals. The company designs and manufactures Dynamic Electrolyser Units (DEUs), which are modular systems that can dynamically adjust production based on renewable energy availability. These units are scalable, with capacities ranging from 250 kW to 20 MW, and are designed for various industrial applications, including the petrochemical, transportation, and energy sectors. Dynelectro's patented AC:DC technology enhances the efficiency and lifespan of its electrolysis systems, supporting the transition to a sustainable, zero-carbon energy future.
