The platform serves over 3.5 million businesses across more than 2,200 cities in India, with a strong focus on small merchants and retailers from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Additionally, Dukaan has launched Dukaan Plus, a social commerce platform, and integrated with the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) to enhance its offerings.
