Omnipresent's pitch deck

The deck, and the round we watched Omnipresent raise afterwards, with the investors each report named.

Omnipresent was a London-based global employment platform that simplified international hiring by acting as an Employer of Record (EOR). Founded in 2019 by Dr. Guenther Eisinger and Matthew Wilson, the company developed the OmniplatformTM, a SaaS solution that automated payroll, benefits, compliance, taxes, and onboarding for remote teams in over 150 countries. This platform enabled businesses to hire full-time international employees without the need to establish local legal entities. At its peak, Omnipresent employed between 51 and 200 people and operated fully remotely across six continents. The company raised a total of $138 million in funding, achieving a valuation of $612 million. It served a diverse range of B2B clients, including startups and large enterprises, and specialized in helping businesses navigate European markets while maintaining global coverage. In October 2025, Omnipresent was acquired by Deel, transitioning its services to Deel's infrastructure.
