Tell us what we got wrong

We publish what we observed, and observation goes wrong: a cheque credited to the wrong firm, a website attached to the wrong company. Say so here and a person reads it. No account needed.

What we will not do: remove an accurate, sourced record of a publicly announced deal, or change a fund's observed activity because it would prefer a different number. The record is not for sale.
