Swiss Medical Network is one of Switzerland's two leading private groups of clinics and hospitals.

Around 2,300 doctors and 4,100 staff work in the 21 clinics and hospitals and more than 70 outpatient centres in 15 cantons and all language regions of the country. The group covers the entire medical spectrum and manages listed and contracted hospitals. The hospitals have a total of around 1,500 beds and carried out more than 79,000 surgical procedures in 2023. In all, more than 703,000 patients were treated on an outpatient basis. Swiss Medical Network was the majority shareholder in Hôpital du Jura bernois SA before it became the Réseau de l'Arc healthcare organisation. Swiss Medical Network is an 80%-owned (direct and indirect) subsidiary of AEVIS VICTORIA SA, which is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
