## About inga.

inga. is a Frankfurt-based HR technology company founded in 2017.

It specializes in an AI-driven social recruiting platform that connects job seekers with recruiters. The company’s main offering is an automated recruitment chatbot that conducts interviews via social media, primarily Facebook Messenger. This tool qualifies candidates, gathers job criteria, and facilitates applications without the need for CV uploads. The platform operates on a no-subscription, no-fee-per-placement model, allowing clients to create customized "Job-Bots" with the help of recruiting consultants. It utilizes machine learning to optimize job advertising and targets passive candidates outside traditional job search sites. The Social Recruiting Bot serves as a SaaS solution, enabling companies to run recruiting campaigns easily. inga. primarily serves recruitment agencies and mid-sized companies in Germany, focusing on efficient sourcing of skilled professionals.
