# Your raise, on *one board*.

Every investor you are talking to, where each conversation stands and what happens next. Each card already knows the firm: how many cheques it wrote this year, the round it usually joins, and who it just backed.

Real firms and their real cheque counts from the record, placed on an example board.

**8,119** firms that wrote a cheque in the last 12 months, each one a card away

**2,920** of them have led a round, flagged on the card

**869** rounds we recorded in the last 30 days, feeding every card

**$0** for the board, deck tracking and the export, with no seat or investor limits

Built on the record

## A card that already did the research

Add a firm from the investor search and its card arrives filled in. Before your first call you know whether they are still writing cheques, what size of round they join and the companies they backed last.

- **Pace.** Cheques in the last twelve months and in total, so a quiet fund is visible before you spend a week on it.
- **Fit.** The median round they join, against the round you are raising.
- **Recent backing.** Their latest companies, stages and whether they led, for the first five minutes of the meeting.
- **Your side.** Stage, amount, next step and date, notes, and every read of your deck.

Deck, tracked

## Know who read it before you follow up

Send each investor their own deck link from the card. Every read lands on that card's timeline: how long, how far, and when they came back. The bars are time spent per slide, so you can see the slide that held them and the one that lost them.

The likely figure

## What you can count on, weighted by stage

Each stage carries a rough chance that the cheque closes. The board adds up every card's amount times that chance, so a full "contacted" column does not look like money in the bank.

- Contacted **5%**
- Meeting **15%**
- Diligence **35%**
- Term sheet **70%**
- Committed **100%**

Example raise, $2M target

Committed $500K × 100% **$500K**

Term sheet $750K × 70% **$525K**

Diligence $500K × 35% **$175K**

Meeting $1.0M × 15% **$150K**

Contacted $1.5M × 5% **$75K**

Likely **$1.4M**

71% of target, against $4.3M in conversations.

Why they passed

## Every no, with a reason

Move a card to Passed and pick why, in one click. You keep a record of what to fix before the next round. Across founders, the reasons are counted per firm and shown on its page as shares once three are on record, never with a name attached.

Too early for them Not enough traction Market too small Team concerns Valuation or terms Outside their thesis Competing portfolio company Fund timing or capacity Never replied Something else

## Four ways onto the board

- 1 **From the Fundability Test** Finish the test and start a raise from the result: a board named for your startup, its target set to your ask, the matched investors already on it. [Take the test](https://millionrounds.com/fundability)
- 2 **From any investor table** Filter the investor search to your stage and market, tick the firms or people you want, and add them all at once. [Search investors](https://millionrounds.com/investor-database)
- 3 **From your listing** Investors who say they are interested on your startup's public profile show up above the board, one click from a card. [List your startup](https://millionrounds.com/list-your-startup)
- 4 **By hand** An angel we do not hold, a friend of a friend: type a name, firm and email and they get a card like any other. Open the board

## Questions

Is it free?

Yes. The board, the cards, deck tracking and the export cost nothing, and there is no limit on investors or pipelines.

Who can see my pipeline?

Only you. Pipelines are never shown to investors, never sold and never used to rank anyone. The one thing we count across founders is the pass reasons, and only as shares on a firm's page once three passes are on record for it.

Can I take my data out?

Any pipeline downloads as a CSV in one click, ready for a spreadsheet or another CRM.

Do I have to add investors one by one?

No. Add a whole filtered table from the investor search at once, start a board from your Fundability Test result, or type in anyone we do not hold.

Can I run more than one raise?

Yes. Keep a pipeline per round, or one for angels and one for funds, each with its own target and close date.
