The company specializes in providing Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) financing, including KUR Mikro and KUR Kecil, through partnerships with financial institutions like Bank Central Asia (BCA). They offer loans up to Rp200 million for various agricultural industries, including horticulture, forestry, fisheries, plantations, livestock, and food crops. In addition to financing, iGrow collaborates with technology startups such as eFishery to provide mentorship and guidance, enhancing business sustainability in the fisheries sector. The company acts as a financing intermediary and marketplace, connecting agricultural entrepreneurs with funding sources. Their primary customers are agricultural entrepreneurs and SMEs seeking access to KUR financing or investment opportunities. iGrow also invites student interns and collaboration partners in the agricultural and green technology sectors to engage in farming, research, or sustainability projects. In April 2021, iGrow was acquired by LinkAja to strengthen agricultural and SME financing in Indonesia.
