# ClaimCompass's *pitch deck*

ClaimCompass.eu was a flight compensation and air passenger rights service based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Founded in 2015, it specialized in helping travelers claim compensation for delayed, canceled, or overbooked flights under EU Regulation 261/2004. The service operated on a no-win, no-fee basis and featured an online compensation checker to estimate eligibility and potential payouts. ClaimCompass managed the filing and negotiation of claims with airlines on behalf of passengers. It also took eligible disputes to court if necessary. In late 2024, ClaimCompass was acquired by AirHelp, and its services have since been integrated into AirHelp's offerings, including AirHelp+ flight protection insurance and a real-time flight tracking app. The ClaimCompass brand now directs users to AirHelp for ongoing support and claims management.
